  • While the final hour-by-hour schedule is still being finalized by the Local Organizing Committee (LOC), the event structure relies heavily on a fixed multi-day progression:

    • June 5–6 (Friday & Saturday): Registration & Warm-up Dedicated entirely to player accreditation, picking up player packs, and open training sessions at the Gangneung Arena and Gangneung Speed Skating Rink.

    • June 7–8 (Sunday & Monday): Qualification Phase The tournament kicks off with the qualification round-robin groups. You will play a series of matches to determine whether you advance to the main Championship bracket or the Consolation bracket. This applies across Singles, Doubles, and Mixed Doubles.

    • June 9 (Tuesday): Official Rest Day No official tournament matches are scheduled. The day is intentionally left open for training, a potential side TTX (Table Tennis X) tournament, and organized local tour programs around Gangneung.

    • June 10–12 (Wednesday–Friday): Knockout Phase & Finals The intense single-elimination brackets begin for both the main Championship and Consolation draws, culminating in the final matches and award ceremonies on the final day.

     

5. Doubles / Mixed Doubles

    • Both players must confirm the partnership for it to count.
    • For doubles/mixed: the age group of the pair is determined by the younger partner.
    • Deadline to finalize your partner is April 24, 2026. After this date, LOC will randomly assign partners.

6. Registration & Fees

• • • Early Registration (until 31 Dec 2025): US$ 210 for players; accompanying persons US$ 90.
    • Regular Registration (1 Jan – 31 Mar 2026): US$ 270 for players; accompanying persons US$ 100.

7. VIP Package (Optional)

8. Cancellation Policy

      • Up to Sept 30, 2025 → no cancellation fee
      • Oct 1 – Dec 31, 2025 → 50% cancellation fee
      • Jan 1 – Mar 31, 2026 → 75% cancellation fee
      • After April 1, 2026 → 100% cancellation fee (no refund)

9. Logistics / Hospitality
