Go to the P4MATCH homepage
https://p4match.com/
Select “Create new account”(「新規アカウントをつくる」)
Enter each item.
- ユーザID User ID <required> .. At least 6 single-byte alphanumeric characters
- パスワード Password <required> .. 6 or more half-width alphanumeric characters
- メールアドレス Email address <required>
- 氏名 Name <required> .. Enter first and last name separately
- 性別 sex
- 誕生日 birthday
- 地域 Region ..Specify by prefecture ex) 東京 Tokyo
Account registration
When the provisional registration is completed, the following provisional registration completion email will be sent to the registered email from admin@p4match.com.
Clicking the URL in the body of the email will complete the registration.
Rating registration
It is a system that determines the opponent based on the player’s rating. Your initial rating is set according to your rank.
Changes can be made up until the first match.
Below are the rankings.
- Grade S: Experienced in participating in the All Japan Championship. Student league 1st and 2nd division players
- Grade A: Belongs to Division 1 of the Shintairen registered league. Has experience in participating in national competitions. He has experience winning in the best 4 of the open competition. Dan holder
- Grade B: Open competition Best 8-32
- Grade C: The thickest class that does not belong to other classes
- Grade D: Less than 3 years of competition experience. matchresults General open round 3rd round or less
- Grade E: Less than 1 year of competition experience. matchresults General open round 2nd round or les
Open match participation application
Login
Access the login page.

Enter your registered user ID and password to log in.
Open match information
After logging in, select the “matchInformation” (大会情報) tab to display a list of tournaments.
Click “Specify”(指定) → “Adjacent”(隣接) → “All Japan”(全国) → .. to switch the display. Each prefecture can be selected in the designated/adjacent area.
You can view the matchthat are currently being accepted or have finished.
- New 新規 .. Applicants are displayed in order of newest when applications have started.
- Now Accepting 受付中 .. Displayed in reverse chronological order of games that will start soon.
- Reception Closed/Ongoing 受付終了/開催中 .. Matches that have been accepted and are being held will be displayed.
- Finished 開催終了 .. Matches that have finished are displayed.
Reception on the day of the event
Match reception
For the match reception, you will access the match you want to participate in and carry out the reception.
Confirmation items Check each item.
Check “Received”(受付済み). The reception is now complete.
Match start
When the match starts, the opponents and referees of each court are displayed as follows.
Players themselves are now highlighted and displayed. In addition, the next scheduled match is also displayed, so you can prepare for the next match early.
Game score input
Match scores can be entered by either the match match-up, the referee, or the organizer.
Since the substitute referee cannot enter it, please enter it by yourself or your opponent.
If you enter the lower score, a number such as “11” will automatically be entered. It is recommended to save each set after input.
Matches may be played on vacant courts even if the status is “next match” or “remaining match”.
In that case, you cannot select or enter the score from the game list, but by tapping the corresponding part of the league table, the score entry screen will be displayed and you can enter the score.
